I've been waiting for about 2 years now, but MT7927 (Filogic 380) chipset finally has firmware support on Linux with official drivers for the kernel currently in late review stages!
This means i can finally get WiFi 7 capabilities on my Linux desktop
If anyone else has a device that utilizes this chipset and was thinking of trying out a Linux-based OS soon you can!
I'm surprised MediaTek didn't just release the drivers alongside the hardware drop because usually they have a good track record about this stuff.
Huge props to Javier for the work!
